STRAWBERRY MILE HIGH PIE 
2 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon, salt and egg whites and beat 20 minutes. Beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff, fold into first mixture. Pour into prebaked crust and freeze.

CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

Mix and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Crumble and press into a springform pan when cool. Save half to sprinkle on top of strawberry filling.
