COLD CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked (cubed) chicken breast
1 1/2 c. sliced green seedless grapes
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. diced celery
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
4 tbsp. red vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. candied ginger, chopped fine

Place in large bowl cooked cubed chicken, grapes, water chestnuts, pecans and celery.

Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, onion, curry powder and chopped ginger. Let stand 1 hour. Pour over chicken and etc. Stir. Set in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
