REFRIED BEANS 
1 bag pinto beans
Tabasco sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Cover pinto beans with water and let soak overnight (4 cups beans to 10 cups water). Drain beans and rinse. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer 2 hours or until tender. Drain off some water but save extra for later. Beat well. Add salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and garlic; mix well. (You may need some water.)
