CABBAGE SALAD WITH CHICKEN 
1 head cabbage
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted in oven
4 tbsp. sesame oil
2 pkg. chicken Top Ramen
4 green onions
3 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix soy sauce with brown sugar and let chicken breasts soak in mixture 1/2 hour. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Shred cabbage, add onions, almonds and Top Ramen noodles. Add diced up chicken when cool and 4 tablespoons sesame oil.

DRESSING:

2 pkg. seasoning mix from Top Ramen
3/4 c oil
1/4 c. sesame oil
4 tbsp. rice vinegar
4 tsp. sugar

Boil vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved. When cool, mix with other dressing ingredients. Toss dressing with salad when ready to serve. This can be made without chicken, too.
