CHICKEN CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 lg. head cabbage, cut thin
1 chicken breast, cooked & shredded
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds (or walnuts)
4 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. uncooked instant chicken flavored Ramen noodles, crushed

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Add dressing and toss. Refrigerate overnight.

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
A few drops of sesame oil

Thoroughly combine all ingredients.

The basic recipe is VERY GOOD. Suggestion: DO NOT mix dressing with veggies until ready to serve. Mixing the dressing with veggies and refrigerating overnight makes a NOT CRISP salad. We like our salads crisp. Salad dressing is okay but I am searching for a milder version.
