2/3 c. evaporated milk
16 marshmallows or 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan, stirring constantly. Heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Spread in greased 9x6 inch pan. (I use 8x8 inch pan.)
