RASPBERRY AND CHOCOLATE PARFAIT 
Vanilla yogurt is great for this but try to experiment with different flavors of yogurt too!

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding (I use sugar free)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
1 1/4 cups raspberries (for garnish)

Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth (follow directions on box). Set aside to gel.

In another bowl, mix together yogurt, cottage cheese, and sugar (if yogurt is plain).

Spoon 1 tablespoon of pudding each into two glasses and top with 1 tablespoon of the yogurt and cheese mixture and several raspberries. Repeat layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with raspberries on top for garnish. Enjoy!

Serves 2.
