RASPBERRY YOGURT PARFAIT 
Non - fat PLAIN yogurt
Sugar or honey
Vanilla
Raspberries, blueberries, peaches, strawberries, or your choice

Sweeten to taste non - fat plain yogurt with sugar or honey. Add a small amount of vanilla to taste. Spoon into a cup and top with thawed raspberries (or other fruit of your choice). Serve.
