CRANBERRY ORANGE SLAW 
1 c. cranberries, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. shredded orange peel

Combine cranberries and sugar, stir to dissolve sugar. Cover and chill. In large bowl, combine cabbage and orange sections. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir together yogurt, orange peel, juice and cranberry mixture. Pour mixture over cabbage and toss.
