BIG BEEF BAKE EVENT 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 soup can water
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 can tomato soup, condensed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 clove garlic, mashed (optional)
8 oz. spaghetti

In large skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper in butter until meat is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Stir often to separate meat. Add soups, water and heat.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. In 2 1/2 quart casserole, combine spaghetti, meat mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling. If garlic is desired, mix with soups, water and heat.
