PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

Mix above ingredients and press around bottom and sides of a springform pan.

Drain #2 1/2 can crushed pineapple and spread over crust.

1ST FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 med. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese. Mix together all ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour over crust and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes.

2ND FILLING:

1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar

Mix together, pour over cake and bake in a 475 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove and cool before serving.
