PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana
Keebler graham cracker crust

Mix cheese, milk, vanilla, lemon juice in mixer until smooth. Add pineapple. Cut up banana and layer on bottom of crust. Add mixture to crust and chill overnight. Makes 2 small pies or one 9 inch pie.

Remove cream cheese from refrigerator at least 4 1/2 hours or 5 hours before using to make it easier to mix.
