2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 lb. ground Oreo cookies

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip. Layer pudding mixture, then cream cheese mixture, then cookies in 9 x 13 inch pan. Store in refrigerator. Add flowers to serve, if desired.
