1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and put half of crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth with mixer. Mix in powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.

In a separate bowl mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture together and pour into pan with the cookie crumbs. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. This cake can be served chilled or frozen. Serves 20, it's very rich.
