DAKOTA DIRT CAKE 
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping
2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Place 1/2 crushed cookies in bottom of 9"x13" pan, covering bottom of pan completely. Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Then fold in non- dairy whipped topping and powdered sugar. Use low speed if necessary.

In separate bowl, mix together the pudding, milk and vanilla flavoring according to box instructions. Fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture. Pour filling over cookie crust, then cover with remaining cookies. Chill thoroughly before serving. Keep remainder refrigerated.
