1 (1 lb.) box Oreo cookies, grind in blender, set aside
2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) block of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 c. powdered sugar

Make puddings. Blend together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold all ingredients together except cookies. In dish, make layers.

1st Layer - Cookies

2nd Layer - Pudding/Cool Whip mixture

3rd Layer - Cookies.
