1 lg. pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) whipped topping
2 (3 1/2 oz.) instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crunch cookies and put half of the crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth with a mixer. Fold in powdered sugar and then the whipped topping. In a separate bowl mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture together and pour into pan with the cookie crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. May be frozen or just chilled.
