MOCK ECLAIR CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip, thawed
Graham crackers
Chocolate frosting

Mix milk and pudding together until slightly thickened. Mix in cream cheese and Cool Whip; blend well. (Don't worry if it is a little lumpy.) Arrange graham crackers in large oblong cake dish. Spread 1/2 filling over and arrange another layer of graham crackers. Spread on remaining filling. Top with layer of graham crackers then cover with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate until firm.
