DEVILED CORN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can creamed corn
2 well beaten eggs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Make a cream sauce of butter, flour and milk; cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Season with salt, paprika, mustard and sugar. Then add 1 can creamed corn, eggs and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Pour in buttered casserole dish, cover with bread crumbs and dot the top with butter. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until light brown. (For color, add 1 minced green pepper to the casserole.)
