DEVILED CORN 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. milk
3 slices bacon, cooked
2 hard boiled egg
1 (16 oz.) can corn
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Melt butter, stir in flour, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add milk cook until thickens and bubbles. Stir in bacon, eggs and corn. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Combine crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
