WHOLE GREEN CHILE PORK ROAST
5 lb. Boston pork roast
4 (7 oz. ea.) cans whole green chiles (I use Ortega)
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Place pork roast in pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to your families taste.

Arrange whole green chiles down the side and on top of your pork roast. Pour the juice that is in each can over the roast and chiles. Seal the pan tightly with foil.

Bake at 400°F for 3 to 4 hours.

Enjoy!
