CUCUMBER SALAD 
7 c. sliced cucumbers
3 green peppers, thinly sliced
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced and ringed

DRESSING:

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed

Place cucumbers, peppers and onions in large refrigerator bowl.

Mix dressing well and pour over. Keep covered tightly in refrigerator. Keeps well for months. Just keep adding more cucumbers, peppers and onions to dressing. Good on burgers and sandwiches, too.
