COCONUT RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Cream together sugar, eggs and butter. While stirring add raisins, nuts, coconut and vinegar. Spoon into pie shell and bake in a 300 degree oven for 40 minutes. The butter goes through the crust, making it buttery and flaky.
