COCONUT RAISIN NUT BANANA BREAD 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup mashed bananas
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup raisins

Combine butter, bananas, eggs, vanilla and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add flour and baking soda. Spoon batter into greased and floured 8x4x3-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
