HAM AND CHEDDAR QUICHE 
1 frozen pie shell, deep dish
1 1/2 c. ham cubed
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put ham and cheese in pie shell. Mix together eggs, half and half, minced onion, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over ham and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn down oven to 350 degrees bake for 30 minutes. When golden brown remove and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
