ROAST PORK 
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Sauerkraut (4 lbs.) 2 chopped apples 2 onions (chopped) Garlic Salt Pepper

Put pork roast in roast pan with fat side up with sauerkraut, apples, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 or 3 hours. Remove cover last 30 minutes. If not juicy enough add a little water.
