ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lg. zucchini, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can chicken broth
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Put zucchini, onion, chicken broth and bouillon cubes into a large pan; cook until vegetables are tender, then add curry powder. Cool; blend in evaporated milk.
