ITALIAN NUT BALLS 
1 c. butter, softened
5 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. water
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and confectioners' sugar. Then add all remaining ingredients. Chill for 1/2 hour. Shape into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. While still hot, dip into confectioners' sugar and roll cookies gently. For more cookies recipe can be doubled or tripled.
