2 c. chocolate chips (semi sweet)
2 tbsp. Crisco
2 tsp. shortening

Heat together in glass bowl in microwave for 1 minute at a time, stirring between minutes, until very fluid and smooth. Dip centers into chocolate, carefully remove and place on greased cookie sheet. If chocolate mixture cools it can be placed in microwave for 1 minute to reheat or put over larger bowl of hot water - be very careful not to get water into chocolate mixture.
