CHOCOLATE COATED NUT CLUSTERS 
36 oz. chocolate almond bark (1 1/2 pkg.)
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Melt above in microwave 4-5 minutes on high, stir when fully melted. Add 4-5 pounds salted peanuts. Drop on wax paper until cool. Store in plastic container.

Variations: 2 1/2 pounds of mixed nuts and 2 1/2 pounds salted peanuts could be used in place of using all salted peanuts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
