CANDY COATED NUTS 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. walnuts

Combine sugars and cream. Cook to soft ball stage (236 degrees). Add vanilla. Beat until begins to thicken. Add nuts. Stir until well coated. Turn out on waxed paper. Separate. Store in covered container. Yummy to the tummy!
