CHEESY HAM 'N' VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 c. cubed potatoes
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. carrot slices
1/3 c. chopped onion and pepper
3/4 lb. Velveeta processes cheese, cubed
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye cut green beans (frozen)
1 c. ham cubes
1/2 c. milk

Combine potatoes, water, carrots, and onion in saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15-20 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients until cheese is melted. Cooking time 40 minutes.
