CHEESY HAM 'N' VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 c. cubed potatoes
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. carrot slices
1/3 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cut green beans, thawed and drained
1 c. ham
1/2 c. milk

Combine potatoes, water, carrots, onions, and pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer. Stir in remaining ingredients until cheese is melted.
