BAKED EGG CUSTARD 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Ground nutmeg

In medium bowl lightly beat eggs to blend yolks and whites. Stir in milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Place 6 (6 oz.) cups in 13"x9"x2" baking pan on oven rack. Pour mixture into cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Pour boiling water to 1" around custard cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes; or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
