MICROWAVE TACOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
1/2 c. water
10 fried and shaped taco shells
Chopped tomatoes

In 1 quart casserole, crumble ground beef; sprinkle with seasoning mix. Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir to break meat into small pieces. Add water and cook, covered, with paper towel 5 minutes or until most of liquid is evaporated. Spoon mixture into taco shells and return shells to oven for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until heated through. Place filled shells in straight sided glass baking dish to keep them upright (to return to oven). Serve with lettuce, tomato, and cheese; spoon onto hot filling. Makes 10 tacos.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
