MICROWAVE TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can red kidney beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed corn chips

Brown ground beef, onion, and celery; drain. Place in casserole with next 7 ingredients. Cook on high 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and corn chips. Cook on high for 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
