TACO CASSEROLE (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook crumbled meat in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish on full power until beef is no longer pink, about 3 or 4 minutes. Stir once half way through; drain.

Mix all ingredients except corn chips and cheese. Spoon mixture over 2 cups of corn chips in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook on full power for 5 minutes or until heated through.

Crush remaining corn chips. Sprinkle with corn chips and cheese. Heat on high for 30 seconds or until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
