MAKE AHEAD MICROWAVE BURRITOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco season mix
1 can refried beans
Grated Cheddar cheese
Burrito shells
Plastic wrap

Brown meat, drain and use taco mix as directed. Stir in refried beans and heat. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Heat each shell between paper towels for 10 to 15 seconds until easily folded.

Spoon meat mixture into center of shell, sprinkle on cheese fold two short sides in and roll to seal completely. Wrap individually and freeze.

When someone wants a burrito, simply remove 1 from freezer, open wrap slightly and heat 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Turn over and heat another 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Great for kids.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
