BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/3 c. rich round crackers, crushed (about 10)

In a saucepan melt butter; blend in flour and cheeses. Add milk, cook and stir until mixture boils. Stir in broccoli, place in a 1-quart casserole; top with cracker crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
