DEVILED CRABS 
1 can crab meat
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. mixed parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk (1/2 evaporated, 1/2 water)
2 shelled hard boiled eggs, minced

Melt butter; stir in flour, then milk. Cook until thickened. Add other ingredients, then crab meat. Fill crab shells and bake in moderately hot oven, 400 degrees, for 10 minutes.
