BLUEBERRY ORANGE MUFFINS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury blueberry nut quick bread mix
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom only of 12 muffin cup pan or line with paper baking cups. In large bowl combine quick bread mix, orange juice, sour cream and egg. Stir 50 to 75 strokes until dry particles are moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle evenly with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes.
