DEVILED CRAB 
5 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. light cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. crab meat
4 hard cooked eggs, minced
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour. Stir in cream gradually. Add seasonings, parsley, crab meat and eggs; cook over low heat until heated through. Spoon mixture into baking shells or greased casserole; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
