DEVILED CRABS | |
1 lb. crab meat 5 slices bread soaked in water, not squeezed too dry 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. French's mustard 2 raw eggs 1 c. celery, chopped very fine Salt & pepper 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. Wesson oil Squeeze bread. Add eggs, celery, seasonings, butter and oil. Mix well. Add crab meat. Mix and fill seafood shells. Coat top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes, then 400 degrees about 10 minutes more or until brown. |
