1 lb. ground beef
1 c. oats
1/4 c. honey
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
Garlic to taste

Mix together and glaze with tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon dry mustard. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
