6 egg whites
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet chocolate

Melt chocolate. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the melted chocolate slowly to the beaten egg whites while stirring. Spread in small pan. Cut in small squares and serve as a confection.
