WARF'S POWER BALLS 
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 c. bread stuffing mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 minced onions
1 tbsp. garlic salt
6 beaten eggs
2/3 tsp. thyme
3/4 c melted butter
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. milk

Cook and drain spinach. Mix in other ingredients. Roll into 1" balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be frozen and thawed 1 hour before baking. Serve warm.

Makes 4 dozen.
