Marinate one or more hours one roast sliced in thin strips and marinated in soy sauce to cover meat.
Heat one tablespoon oil in wok. Stir in beef (pork, chicken or venison may be substituted). Brown and add fresh broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, pepper to taste (any fresh vegetable may be added). Cook to desired tenderness.
To this add 2 boxes of Japanese or Chinese stir fry vegetables. Cook to desired tenderness. Cook rice according to package directions. Put rice on plate. top with stir fry and garnish with crunchy noodles.
