BEEF KABOB MARINADE 
1/2 env. dry onion soup mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar or red wine
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin or chuck (cut in 1" cubes)

In saucepan combine all ingredients except beef. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Add meat; toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight, drain, reserving marinade. B-B-Q on shish ka bob sticks. Add fruits (pineapple is good) or veggies of your choice. Time to eat. Mmmmmm!
