STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE | |
1 1/3 c. sugar 6 tbsp. flour (level) 2 c. cut up rhubarb 2 c. whole strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1 1/3 tbsp. butter Mix first four ingredients together. Pour into pastry lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes; 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
