RHUBARB STRAWBERRY MALLOW PIE 
4 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Cook the above ingredients over medium heat until done. Stir in 2 cups tiny marshmallows until melted. Cool, but not until thick. Fold in 1 cup whipped whipping cream. Pour into baked shell and chill. Serve with more whipped cream on top.
